Perched on the shingle of Kingsdown Beach, The Zetland Arms is a much-loved village pub in one of the country’s most picture‑perfect settings. Since 1863 we’ve welcomed locals and visitors alike to enjoy good company, great views and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

By day our terrace looks out over beach huts, the White Cliffs and across the sea to France; by evening the moonlight lights the shoreline and our cosy candle-lit dining room with fireplace welcome you in.

Owned and operated by the same team behind The Rose and The Blue Pelican, The Zetland Arms combines local hospitality experience with a genuine love for coastal pubs.
